RETURNS

ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. accepts return requests also for compliant and non-defective goods within 3 days of receipt of the goods under these conditions:

  • • possession of the purchase invoice.
  • • new product complete with packaging and in perfect condition.

 

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

The return of the product must be made by courier or by direct delivery to the ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C.. To request authorization to return, you must contact us by e-mail (store[@]osteriadelmirasole.it) indicating the order number and the reason for the return. Transport costs are charged to the customer.

 

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If a product is defective, ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. will provide the foreseen assistance, providing for the replacement of the same.

ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. will cover the transport costs.

In the case of in-store purchases, the goods must be physically returned to the point of sale. In case of online purchase, it is possible to return the goods physically at the point of sale, or by courier, by contacting via e-mail (store[@]osteriadelmirasole.it).

ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. will cover the transport costs.

Legal Guarantee for Consumers

The Products available on the Site are guaranteed, in accordance with the law, for lack of conformity manifested within 3 (three) days of delivery. The guarantee does not apply if the Product has been damaged, even accidentally, due to the negligence of persons other than ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. and from tampering not authorized by ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. by the Purchaser or third parties.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer may ask ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C., alternatively and free of charge:

  • - the replacement of the purchased Product
  • - a reduction of the purchase price
  • - the termination of the Sales Contract.

To exercise the legal guarantee, the Consumer can send the report by e-mail (store[@]osteriadelmirasole.it).

 

REIMBURSEMENT

In case of return of non-defective goods, if the customer chooses to be reimbursed, only the amount relating to the price of the goods will be credited back. Any costs for packaging, shipping and ancillary services are therefore excluded from the refund. For online purchases, the refund will be made in the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
Any type of refund will be made only after the return and verification of the goods by ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. BY CARETTI ANNA AND C.
