Shipments take place in about 3/4 days excluding weekends. Charges and times regarding extra national shipments are subject to variations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHOD

Shipping methods and costs must always be agreed.
On the day of departure from the ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. one of our operators makes a phone call in advance: the informed customer can request a postponement of the departure if necessary.

ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. reminds you that in some disadvantaged locations (e.g. restricted traffic areas, roads inaccessible to motor vehicles and some mountain locations) the service may not be available. We invite you to contact us to receive confirmation on the feasibility of applying the delivery service with tailgate.

DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE OR MISSING PARTS

Case 1: goods arrived with evident damage due to transport.

In case of receipt of damaged goods:

  • - Photograph the damaged package near the courier van.
  • - Photograph the damaged parts.
  • - Indicate in writing on the delivery note that the courier has to sign: "subject to inspection, goods visibly damaged".
  • - Photograph the aforementioned delivery note.
  • - Immediately report the damage to ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. by e-mail (store[@]osteriadelmirasole.it) with a description of the incident and the relative images indicated above.

Case 2: no damage but open package

In case of receipt of goods with open or missing packaging, immediately photograph the pallet near the courier's van and carry out an immediate check of the goods.

If one or more components are missing:

  • - Photograph the details of the open or missing packaging.
  • - Indicate in writing on the delivery note that the courier has to sign: "subject to inspection, goods with open packaging and missing parts".
  • - Photograph the aforementioned delivery note.
  • - Immediately communicate the fact to ANTICA OSTERIA DEL MIRASOLE S.A.S. DI CARETTI ANNA E C. by e-mail (store[@]osteriadelmirasole.it) with a description of the incident and the relative images indicated above.

Late reports or reports without complete documentation proving damage or missing parts will not be accepted.
